作为新课改中最薄弱的一环,民族贫困地区农村中小学新课改的地方适应性问题尤为突出。其地方适应性方面仍存在课程观念偏差,课程目标追随主流,课程结构缺乏合理性,课程内容城市化倾向严重课堂教学盲目模仿,课程评价缺乏创新,课程管理体制不完善等弊端。要解决这些问题必须采取以下措施应对:树立多层次以及多元文化的课程观念;处理好国家课程与地方课程的关系,建立地方课改目标体系;不断构建和谐的课程结构,丰富多样化的课程内容;走符合自身需要的教学之路;综合考量各种课程评价学法;进一步完善课程管理体制等等。
As the weakest link in the new curriculum reform, the problem of local adaptability of the new curriculum reform in rural primary and middle schools in ethnic poverty-stricken areas is particularly prominent. There are still some problems in local adaptability, such as deviation of curriculum concept, following the mainstream of curriculum target, lack of rationality of curriculum structure, blind imitation of class teaching due to serious urbanization tendency in curriculum, lack of innovation in curriculum evaluation and imperfect course management system. To solve these problems, we must take the following measures to deal with the problem: to establish a multi-level and multi-cultural curriculum concepts; handle the relationship between national curriculum and local curriculum, establish the local curriculum reform target system; continue to build a harmonious curriculum structure, enrich the diversity of course content ; Take the teaching of the road to meet their own needs; comprehensive consideration of a variety of curriculum evaluation method; to further improve the curriculum management system and so on.
