目的了解2008年至2009年南京地区儿童呼吸道肺炎支原体(MP)的感染情况。方法应用MP快速培养法对南京地区2008年1月至2009年12月980例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本进行MP培养检测。结果 980例急性呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本中MP培养阳性384例,总阳性率为39.2%。其中<3岁、3~5岁、>5岁各年龄组患儿中MP阳性率分别是36.9%,38.5%和43.3%;不同季度MP感染的检出率分别是:春季(1~3月)45.7%,夏季(4~6月)24.8%,秋季(7~9月)20.4%,冬季(10~12月)50.3%,其中冬、春两季MP感染的检出率明显高于其他两季(P<0.01)。结论 MP为南京地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的重要病原体,各年龄儿童普遍易感;冬、春两季高发。
Objective To understand the infection status of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in children with respiratory tract in Nanjing from 2008 to 2009. Methods The MP culture method was used to detect the throat swabs of 980 children with acute respiratory infection from January 2008 to December 2009 in Nanjing. Results Among the 980 cases of throat swabs in children with acute respiratory infection, 384 cases were positive for MP, the total positive rate was 39.2%. Among them, the positive rates of MP in children younger than 3 years, 3 to 5 years and> 5 years old were 36.9%, 38.5% and 43.3% respectively. The detection rates of MP infection in different quarters were spring (January to March) ) 45.7% in summer, 24.8% in summer (April-June), 20.4% in autumn (July-September) and 50.3% in winter (10-12 months). The prevalence of MP infection in winter and spring was significantly higher than that in other Two seasons (P <0.01). Conclusion MP is an important pathogen of childhood acute respiratory infection in Nanjing. It is generally susceptible to children of all ages. It is high in winter and spring.
