按照黄守烽主编《实用精液细胞学彩色图谱》中精液脱落细胞染色方法，对69例少精子症病人精液脱落细胞进行检查，能较准确地区分精液中的生精细胞、中性粒细胞。并对每高倍镜视野（40X）生精细胞大于5个或中性粒细胞大于5个的少精子症病人分别进行对症治疗，取得了较好的疗效。
