目的:比较高速涡轮钻法和常规凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌阻生齿的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2010年2月至2013年1月收治的100例(100颗)下颌阻生齿患者,随机将这些患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)两组,给予观察组患者高速涡轮钻法治疗,给予对照组患者常规凿骨劈冠法治疗。结果:观察组患者的术后时间明显比对照组短,干槽症发生率明显比对照组低,二者相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛程度和张口受限程度明显比对照组轻,二者相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高速涡轮钻法较常规凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌阻生齿具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical effects of high-speed turbine drilling and conventional chisel dislocation in the removal of mandibular impacted teeth. Methods: A total of 100 patients with 100 mandibular impacted teeth treated in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) The patients in the observation group were treated by high-speed turbodrill and the control group was treated by conventional chisel splitting. Results: The postoperative time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of dry socket was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The degree of pain and mouth opening The degree of restriction was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The high-speed turbine drilling method has better clinical treatment effect than conventional chisel crown removal with mandibular impacted teeth, which is worthy of popularization.
