20世纪90年代以来,信任问题的研究成为多学科共同拥有的一个热点性的主题。综观信任理论的研究,张康之教授从公共管理即社会治理的角度对信任问题所进行的研究以及他所取得的成果,让人耳目一新,其新著《行政伦理学的观念与视野》一书集中地反映了他关于信任问题研究的成果。张康之教授在信任问题研究上的基本特点是从人类历史发展的宏观视角来深入地解析信任,把人类不同的信任类型放置在历史的坐标中,进而对信任理论作出了完整而系统的阐述。历史坐标中的信任理论蕴涵了对未来社会信任模式的预测和人类对未来信任关系的美好期望,为公共管理学中关于信任的研究开拓了新的视野。可以相信,张康之教授对信任理论的贡献不会局限于公共管理学的领域,它必将产生跨学科的影响,更为重要的是将会影响到公共治理的变革实践。
Since the 1990s, the study of trust has become a hot topic of multidisciplinary co-ownership. Looking at the study of trust theory, Professor Zhang Kangzhi’s research on the issue of trust from the point of view of public administration, that is, social governance, and the achievements he has made make people refreshing. His new book, “Concepts and Vision of Administrative Ethics” Reflect his research on the issue of trust. The basic characteristic of Professor Zhang Kangzhi’s research on trust is to analyze the trust in depth from the macro perspective of human history and place the different types of trust in history in the historical coordinates so as to provide a complete and systematic explanation of the theory of trust. The trust theory in historical coordinates implies the expectation of the future social trust model and the good expectation of human trust in the future. It opens up a new horizon for the study of trust in public administration. It is believed that Prof. Zhang Kangzhi’s contribution to trust theory will not be confined to the field of public management. It will inevitably have an interdisciplinary impact. More importantly, it will affect the practice of public governance reform.
