依据1983年全国小儿神经病学术会议制订的小儿癫痫分类标准,我院儿科对105例限局性运动性发作患儿做了CT扫描,并结合临床资料分析报告如下。临床资料本组患儿均经临床与脑电图检查确诊为限局性运动性发作。男77例,女28例。最小年龄6个月,最大14岁。病程2个月至7年半不等。105例中,CT正常者12例(11.4%),异常者93例(88.6%)。临床病因诊断:根据临床及脑电图检查,诊断为原发性癫痫37例(35.2%),继发性癫痫68例(64.8%),按临床分析可能的病因为围产期缺氧致脑发育障碍17例,先天脑发育障碍11例,颅内占位性病变12例,脑外伤后遗症9例,散发性脑炎后遗症5例,缺血性脑
According to the National Pediatric Neurology Conference 1983 pediatric epilepsy classification criteria, pediatric hospital pediatric patients with limited exercise in 105 cases made CT scan, combined with clinical data analysis report is as follows. Clinical data of this group of children were diagnosed by clinical and electroencephalogram as a limited number of exercise-induced seizures. There were 77 males and 28 females. The minimum age of 6 months, maximum 14 years old. Duration of 2 months to 7 years and a half. In 105 cases, CT was normal in 12 cases (11.4%), abnormal 93 cases (88.6%). Clinical etiological diagnosis: According to clinical and electroencephalographic examination, 37 cases were diagnosed as primary epilepsy (35.2%), 68 cases were secondary epilepsy (64.8%). According to clinical analysis, the possible causes were perinatal hypoxia-induced brain 17 cases of developmental disorders, 11 cases of congenital brain developmental disorders, 12 cases of intracranial space-occupying lesions, 9 cases of brain trauma sequelae, 5 cases of sporadic encephalitis sequelae, 5 cases of ischemic brain
