采用异丙肾上腺素致小鼠常压缺氧模型、垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型及大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,考察薤白提取物抗心肌缺氧缺血及缺血后再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果表明薤白提取物能延长异丙肾上腺素作用的小鼠常压缺氧存活时间 ,对抗垂体后叶素所致的大鼠急性心肌缺血作用 ,并能明显保护缺血再灌注引起的大鼠心肌的损伤
