小学语文新课程改革标准中明确强调,要尊重学生的主体地位,让教师从传统的“传到授业解惑者”转化为学生学习的引导者,为此,必须要注意评价方式的应用。本文针对激励性评价的作用进行分析,并探讨激励性评价模式在小学语文课堂中的应用方式。
In the standard of primary school Chinese new curriculum reform, it is emphasized that we must respect the students ’dominant position and let the teachers transform from the traditional “transfer to the job-interpreter” into the guide for students’ learning. Therefore, we must pay attention to the evaluation methods application. This article analyzes the role of incentive assessment and discusses the application of incentive assessment model in primary Chinese classroom.
