延安时期陈云担任中央组织部部长,他直接负责党的组织建设和干部工作,发表了大量关于党的建设的重要讲话和文章。尤其是党在新民主主义时期的组织建设从理论到实践都有重要的建树,形成了系统的关于党的组织建设理论。这些理论都对延安时期党的建设方面尤其是党的组织建设产生了重要影响,而且对于今天提高党的建设科学化水平有重大的理论意义。
During the Yanan period, Chen Yun served as minister of the Central Organization Department. He was directly responsible for the party’s organizational construction and cadre work and delivered a large number of important speeches and articles on party building. In particular, the party’s organizational construction in the period of new democratization has made important contributions both from theory and practice, and has formed a systematic theory on the party’s organizational construction. All of these theories have had an important influence on party building in the period of Yan’an, especially the party organization construction, and are of great theoretical significance for improving the party building scientifically today.
