参考国内外应用成熟的稠油降粘工艺,结合克拉玛依石化公司的加工技术,提出了风城稠油掺柴降粘外输方案。重点研究了风城稠油特性,掺柴后的混油特性,掺柴工艺流程,不同输量下管道运行的水力、热力条件,以及最小启输量、最大输量及安全停输时间等。结果表明:掺柴后的混油在一定温度下表现出牛顿流体特性;掺稀工艺满足事故工况和投产初期低输量运行要求,低黏度下满足设计输量的最小掺柴质量分数为20%,高黏度下满足设计输量的最小掺柴质量分数为25%,且低黏度和高黏度下管道外输量适应范围较大。风城超稠油外输管道的顺利投产,可为我国今后设计线路更长、输量更大的稠油外输管道提供参考。
Reference to the domestic and international application of mature heavy oil viscosity reduction process, combined with Karamay Petrochemical Company processing technology, put forward the wind city thickening oil mixed with viscosity reduction program. Focusing on the characteristics of Fengcheng heavy oil, the characteristics of mixed oil after blending with diesel, the process flow of blending diesel, the hydraulic and thermal conditions of pipeline running under different output, as well as the minimum opening and closing volume, the maximum output and the safe shutdown time. The results show that the mixed oil after mixing diesel shows Newtonian fluid properties at a certain temperature. The doping technology can meet the requirements of low-output operation under accident conditions and initial production. The minimum mass fraction of diesel fuel that meets the designed output under low viscosity is 20 %, The minimum mass fraction of diesel fuel which meets the design output under high viscosity is 25%, and the volume of pipeline transportation under low viscosity and high viscosity is larger. The smooth operation of the outsourcing pipeline of Fengcheng ultra-heavy oil can provide a reference for the future design of heavy oil export pipeline in China with longer lines and larger output.
