文章介绍了振动诊断装置在技术保养(TO)和日常维修(TP)时,诊断电力机车和电力动车的车轮减速器和车轮电机组件方面的使用经验。这种振动诊断装置是在CM-3001型便携式信号采集分析仪和程序软件《АРМИД》的基础上研制开发的。所提供的经验可以推广到各种铁路运输部门使用的振动诊断装置的引进和有效性评估程序中。
This article describes the use of the Vibration Diagnostic Device to diagnose the wheel reducer and wheel motor assembly of electric locomotives and electric carriages during technical maintenance (TO) and routine maintenance (TP). This vibration diagnostic device was developed based on the CM-3001 portable signal acquisition analyzer and the program software “АРМИД”. The experience provided can be extended to the introduction and effectiveness assessment procedures for vibration diagnostic devices used by various rail transport services.
