氧代双-(N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺)(简称OBI)是一种高附加值的精细有机产品,是合成3,3,’4,4-’二苯醚四甲酸二酐(简称单醚酐ODPA)的重要中间体。是以4-硝基-N-甲基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,选用新型相转移催化剂,以此提高产品OBI的收率。传统方法是以亚硝酸盐、碳酸盐或氟化钾、氟化钠等,在相转移催化剂季铵盐、季膦盐等存在下进行自缩合反应,收率在65%~75%之间。改进的工艺是在碳酸盐和新型相转移催化剂催化下,进行自缩合反应,合成氧代双-(N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺),预期反应收率大于85%。
