MY-PAP宫颈癌自我普查法,是应用一种类似阴道灌洗器的器具,自行操作进行宫颈癌普查的方法。在医疗条件较差的贫困地区,无疑是一种非常有用的宫颈癌普查方法。与常规宫颈刮片(常规PAP)相比,本法符合率为81.3%,敏感性为0.66%。与常规PAP一样,有一定的假阳性率及假阴性率。后者与宫颈病变组织学分级有关,分化越好,假阴性率越高。应注意本法不能代替盆腔检查及常规宫颈刮片。
MY-PAP cervical cancer self-census method, is the application of a similar vaginal irrigator apparatus, self-operation for cervical cancer screening method. In poor areas of poor medical conditions, is undoubtedly a very useful method of cervical cancer screening. Compared with conventional cervical smear (conventional PAP), the coincidence rate of this method is 81.3% and the sensitivity is 0.66%. As with regular PAP, there is some false positive rate and false negative rate. The latter is associated with histological grade of cervical lesions, the better the differentiation, the higher the false-negative rate. Should pay attention to this method can not replace pelvic examination and conventional cervical scraping.
