目的:从药用植物黑风藤(FisistigmapolyanthumMer.)中寻找新的抗肿瘤和抗病毒活性成份。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据等进行结构鉴定。结果:从黑风藤乙醇浸膏的甲醇部分分得5个化合物。分别鉴定为:黑风藤苷(1),3,4,5三甲氧基苯酚1OβD葡萄糖苷(3,4,5trimethoxyphenyl1OβDglucoside)(2),丁香酸葡萄糖苷(glucosyringicacid)(3),肌醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,命名为黑风藤苷。2,3,4是首次由本属植物中得到。
OBJECTIVE: To search for new anti-tumor and anti-viral active ingredients from the medicinal plant Black vine (Fisistigma polyanthum Mer.). Methods: Separation and purification were performed by various chromatographic techniques. Structure identification was performed based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Five compounds were obtained from the methanol fraction of Kadura ethanol extract. They were identified as: hemiceroside (1), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-l-O-beta-D-glucoside (3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-l-O-beta-D) Glucoside) (2), glucosyringic acid (3), inositol (4), and carotenoid (5). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound and is named as black glycoside. 2,3,4 were first obtained from this genus.
