建立事业单位法人治理结构,是推进事业单位分类改革的重要内容,是解决公益事业发展深层次矛盾的重要措施。省委、省政府高度重视这项工作,将其纳入全面深化改革、分类推进事业单位改革的总体部署统筹推进。当前,全省事业单位分类已经完成,改革进入以创新体制机制为重点的新阶段。全省各级要充分认识事业单位法人治理结构建设工作面临的新形势新任务,勇于创新,善抓落实,下大气力深入推进试点工作,力争在创新体制机制上取得新突破,趟出新路子。
The establishment of a corporate governance structure in public institutions is an important part of promoting the reform of public institutions and is an important measure to solve the deep-rooted contradictions in the development of public welfare undertakings.
