针对抚顺市突发强降雨导致大伙房水库原水浊度在短期之内迅速升高至982 NTU,水厂常规处理工艺难以应对高浊污染的情况,采用二次絮凝-超滤膜工艺代替原有过滤工艺作为水厂中远期工艺改造方案,对比进行了汛期过程中常规工艺和二次絮凝-超滤工艺对浊度、CODMn、细菌总数的去除效果实验。结果表明,采用二次絮凝-超滤工艺的出水水质能够满足GB5749-2006的要求,二次絮凝作为膜工艺的预处理可有效缓解膜污染,并且该工艺运行成本较低,可作为抚顺各水厂工艺改造备选方案。
In view of the sudden heavy rainfall in Fushun City, the turbidity of raw water of Dahuofang Reservoir rapidly increased to 982 NTU in a short period of time. Conventional treatment process in waterworks is difficult to cope with the high turbidity pollution. The secondary flocculation and ultrafiltration membrane process was used instead of the original As a mid-to-long-term process improvement project, the filtration process was compared with the conventional process and the secondary flocculation-ultrafiltration process for turbidity, CODMn and total bacteria removal in flood season. The results showed that the effluent quality of secondary flocculation - ultrafiltration process can meet the requirements of GB5749-2006, secondary flocculation as a membrane pretreatment process can effectively mitigate membrane fouling, and the lower operating costs of the process can be used as the Fushun water Plant process transformation options.
