加强人文关怀和心理疏导,是企业思想政治工作坚持以人为本,贴近实际、贴近职工、贴近生活的重要手段,是提高思想政治工作科学化水平的内在要求。随着市场经济的发展和企业改革的不断深化,企业职工面临的竞争日趋激烈,工作节奏明显加快,压力逐渐增大,职工思想的独立性、多变性和差异性也日益明显。特别是在钢铁行业整体效益下滑,职工收入偏低的时候,广大职工对舒缓心理压力、增进心理健康、实现心理和谐的要求更加迫切。注重加强人文关怀
