职业康复是全面康复过程的有机组成部分,有利于开发残疾人潜能,提升残疾人就业能力,促进残疾人真正融入社会。然而特殊学校在开展残疾人职业康复的过程中,学校的康复理念、实施模式、课程体系、教师专业素质以及家校合作等方面都存在着一些不足,这些问题在一定程度上制约了残疾人职业康复良好效果的取得。本文旨在对上述不足之处进行分析,从而探讨特殊学校如何更加有效地开展残疾人职业康复的对策。
Vocational rehabilitation is an integral part of a comprehensive rehabilitation process, which helps to develop the potential of people with disabilities, enhance the employability of persons with disabilities, and promote the true integration of people with disabilities into society. However, there are some shortcomings in special schools such as the concept of rehabilitation, the mode of implementation, the curriculum system, the professional quality of teachers and the cooperation between home and school in the process of vocational rehabilitation of disabled people. These problems restrict the employment of disabled people to a certain extent Rehabilitation good results achieved. This article aims to analyze the above shortcomings, to explore how special schools can more effectively carry out vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities countermeasures.
