随着信息技术的发展,特别是互联网技术的普遍应用,电子政务已越来越深入人心,成为加快政府职能转变、提高行政效能的重要手段,然而在电子政务建设与发展过程中存在着不少问题,如:思想观念陈旧、信息资源利用不合理、地区之间发展不平衡、电子政务立法难等等,这些问题如不解决必定要制约我国电子政务的顺利发展。
With the development of information technology, especially the universal application of internet technology, e-government has become more and more popular and has become an important means to speed up the transformation of government functions and improve administrative efficiency. However, there are many problems in the construction and development of e-government Problems such as: obsolete ideas and concepts, irrational use of information resources, unbalanced development among regions, and difficulties in legislation of e-government, etc. These problems, if not resolved, must restrict the smooth development of e-government in our country.
