目的探讨Cajal间质细胞(ICC)在先天性肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(ureteropelvic junc- tion obstruction,UPJO)中的表达及意义。方法病例组22例,均为非管腔外压迫所致的先天性UP—JO患儿梗阻段标本。对照组15例为肾盂输尿管连接部(ureteropelvic junction,UPJ)切缘无肿瘤细胞浸润的Wilms瘤患儿标本。应用c-kit抗体免疫组织化学SABC法检测2组UPJ组织ICC的表达,并用图像进行定量分析比较。结果ICC主要表达于UPJ肌层。UPJO组肌层ICC表达的面积为(14.968±1.473)×10~4,低于对照组的(16.303±1.576)×10~4,P<0.01;UPJO组肌层ICC表达的平均光密度为0.227±0.021,低于对照组的0.242±0.024,P<0.05。组间比较差异均有统计学意义。结论ICC减少在UPJO的病因和发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Cajal interstitial cells (ICC) in the ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). Methods Twenty-two patients were enrolled in this study. All of them were non-extracavitary pressure-induced obstruction in UP-JO children. The control group of 15 patients were Wilms tumor specimens infiltrated with no tumor cells at the margin of ureteropelvic junction (UPJ). The expression of ICC in two groups of UPJ tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method using c-kit antibody and quantified by image comparison. ICC was mainly expressed in the muscle of UPJ. The area of ICC expression in the UPJO group was (14.968 ± 1.473) × 10 ~ 4, lower than that in the control group (16.303 ± 1.576) × 10 ~ 4, P <0.01. The average optical density of ICC expression in the UPJO group was 0.227 ± 0.021, lower than the control group of 0.242 ± 0.024, P <0.05. The differences between the groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The decrease of ICC plays an important role in the etiology and pathogenesis of UPJO.
