我院是一所乡镇卫生院,结构简单,住院部及门诊输液为一体。由于病人多,流动性大,护士少,工作涉及面广,门诊输液病人的管理是工作中的薄弱环节[1]。我院从2011年门诊输液量1万人次上升到2012年的1.3万人次,为了确保输液安全,对输液患者管理中存在的安全隐患进行回顾性分析,并采取多部门合作措施,从而减少护理差错事故及纠纷的发生。患者及家属满意度
