基于铁精矿中TFe品位与SiO2含量具有一定的相关关系,利用统计技术建立TFe品位与SiO2含量的数学模型,通过回归分析、显著性检验确定鞍钢大孤山选厂、东鞍山烧结厂、齐大山选厂的铁精矿TFe品位与SiO2含量的相关关系式及(TFe+SiO2)%为常数关系,对指导选矿、烧结生产具有重要意义。预测SiO2含量,或依据TFe+SiO2%与常数值的变化判断选矿工艺条件是否发生变化或出现混料现象。
Based on the correlation between TFe grade and SiO2 content in iron concentrates, a mathematical model of TFe grade and SiO2 content was established by using statistical techniques.
