港深18×3井是滩海勘探开发公司的重点探井,垂深1945.3m、斜深 2004 m,主要目的层为馆陶组。该井地处海边,钻遇造浆严重的明化镇组、馆陶组地层。因此,控制地层造浆、在低密度(小于1.08 g/cm~3)下控制井壁稳定是该井施工的技术难点。针对地层情况,该井一开使用低固相聚合物钻井液、二开使用低固相钾盐聚合物钻井液,实现了定向井的近平衡钻井。应用结果表明,该井使用的2种聚合物钻井液体系,具有井眼净化及润滑防卡能力、较强的抑制性、防塌性,控制了钻井液密度,解决了井壁稳定问题,保证了井下施工安全,满足了保护油气层的需要。经测试该井获高产油流。

The well was tested for high oil flow.
