目的研究甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗口服免疫效果。方法将甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗口服免疫Balb/c小鼠,并检测免疫后抗甲型肝炎总抗体I、gA和sIgA,外周血淋巴细胞亚群,脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平。结果2种疫苗口服免疫后均能诱导体液、细胞和局部免疫应答;但含铝佐剂的甲型肝炎灭活疫苗口服免疫,诱导抗体水平较低,但可诱导较好的细胞免疫应答。结论口服免疫可以作为甲型肝炎疫苗有效的免疫途径之一。
Objective To study the oral immunization effect of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine and inactivated vaccine. Methods Balb / c mice were immunized orally with attenuated live attenuated Hepatitis A virus vaccine and inactivated vaccine, and the anti-hepatitis A total antibody I, gA and sIgA, peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and splenic lymphocyte proliferation were measured after immunization Cytokine interferon-γ (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) levels. Results Both vaccines induced humoral, cellular and local immune responses after oral immunization. However, oral administration of aluminum adjuvanted Hepatitis A inactivated vaccines resulted in a lower level of antibody induced but better cellular immune response. Conclusion Oral immunization can be used as one of the effective immunization routes of hepatitis A vaccine.
