目的探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys C)浓度与肾功能损害程度的相关性,评价Cys C在反映肾小球滤过率(GFR)的应用价值。方法将100例患者按肾功能损伤程度分为肾功能正常组20例、肾功能储备下降组20例、肾功能不全组20例、肾功能衰竭组20例、尿毒症组20例,测定了各组的CysC和血清肌酐(Scr)含量。结果各组之间血清CysC均有显著性差异(P<0.01),CysC浓度随着肾功能的损害程度的增加而上升,两者呈正相关。肾功能正常组血清CysC值与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),而两组Scr值相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清胱抑素C(CysC)比Scr更能准确、直观地反映出GFR的变化,是一项准确可靠的估测GFR的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C (Cys C) and the degree of renal dysfunction and to evaluate the value of Cys C in reflecting glomerular filtration rate (GFR). Methods According to the degree of renal dysfunction, 100 patients were divided into 20 cases with normal renal function group, 20 cases with decreased renal function reserve group, 20 cases with renal dysfunction group, 20 cases with renal failure group and 20 cases with uremia group. Group CysC and serum creatinine (Scr) content. Results There was a significant difference in serum CysC between the two groups (P <0.01). The concentration of CysC increased with the increase of renal damage, which showed a positive correlation. Serum CysC values in normal renal function group were significantly different from those in normal control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in Scr between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Serum cystatin C (CysC) is a more accurate and reliable indicator of GFR than Scr.
