在进行公路隧道交通事故风险评估时,需进行风险指标选取及相应评估取值,目前对曲线型隧道内各类型交通事故的风险评估还处于空白。本文对撞击隧道壁交通事故风险评估所需的风险指标和相应评估取值进行了研究,得出风险指标应为车辆行驶速度、隧道平曲线半径、路面摩擦系数三项。其中曲线型隧道内车速对严重事故的影响要大于轻微事故,车速越高,发生事故的危险性也就越大,但是危险性与车速并不成线性关系。交通事故的危险性和严重性随着曲线半径的增加而降低,曲线半径低于400 m的路段其交通事故率要比曲线半径大于1 000 m的路段至少高一倍。当路面附着系数Fp<35时,交通事故急剧增长。
During the risk assessment of road tunnel traffic accidents, the selection of risk indicators and the corresponding assessment values are required. At present, the risk assessment of all types of traffic accidents in curved tunnels is still in the blank. In this paper, the risk indicators and the corresponding evaluation values for the risk assessment of traffic accidents impacting the tunnel wall are studied. The results show that the risk index should be the speed of vehicles, the radius of the curve of the tunnel, and the friction coefficient of the road surface. Among them, the speed of curve-type tunnel has a greater impact on serious accidents than minor accidents. The higher the speed, the greater the risk of accidents, but the danger is not linear with the speed. The danger and severity of traffic accidents decrease with the increase of curve radius. Traffic accidents with road sections with radius of less than 400 m have at least twice as many traffic accidents as road sections with radius of more than 1 000 m. When the road surface adhesion coefficient Fp <35, the traffic accident increased sharply.
