目的 :探讨极量运动恢复期气体交换参数恢复与氨茶碱的影响。方法 :正常男性 2 2例分别于静脉注射 0 .2 5g氨茶碱前后作极量运动试验。连续测定运动及其恢复期气体交换参数 ,并计算各气体交换参数恢复半衰期和恢复程度。结果 :极量运动后 ,体内蓄积CO2 恢复半衰期为 16 0 .0± 5 6 .0s ,其它参数恢复半衰期则在 2min以内 ,于运动停止后 10min时体内蓄积CO2 排出量为 0 .42± 0 .34ml·kg-1·min-1,其它参数恢复程度在 95 %以上。氨茶碱对极量运动恢复期气体交换参数恢复无明显的影响。结论 :极量运动后体内蓄积CO2 排出常持续到运动后约 10min ,常规剂量氨茶碱对运动恢复期气体交换与心率恢复半衰期及其恢复程度无明显的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effects of aminophylline on the recovery of gas exchange during extreme exercise recovery. Methods: A total of 22 normal male patients received intravenous injection of 0.25 g of aminophylline before and after an intensive exercise test. The gas exchange parameters of the exercise and its recovery were continuously measured, and the recovery half-life and the recovery degree of each gas exchange parameter were calculated. Results: After excesperation of exercise, the half-life of accumulated CO2 in the body was 160 ± 0.56.0s, the restoring half-life of other parameters was within 2min, and the cumulative CO2 excretion was 0.42 ± 0 at 10min after the exercise was stopped. 34ml · kg-1 · min-1, the recovery of other parameters above 95%. Aminophylline had no significant effect on recovery of gas exchange during exergoal exercise. CONCLUSION: Excretion of CO2 accumulates in body after exercise for about 10 minutes after exercise. There is no significant effect of conventional dose of aminophylline on the half-life of gas exchange and recovery of heart rate and its recovery after exercise.
