煤炭工业是我国重要的基础产业,国家制定的煤炭经济,对促进煤炭工业的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。自国务院决定改革国有重点煤矿管理体制以来,国家保留了原有对煤炭企业的经济政策,又出台了一些新的经济政策,推动国有煤炭企业改革脱困工作取得了重大进展,但煤炭企业仍然面临着许多尚未解决的困难和问题。因此中国煤炭工业协会和中国煤炭经济研究会组织课题组,对煤炭经济政策进行了调查研究,形成了《煤炭经济政策研究报告》。本文摘选其中部分章节,分两期刊发。
The coal industry is an important basic industry in our country. The coal economy developed by the country is of great significance to the healthy development of the coal industry. Since the State Council decided to reform the state-owned key coal mine management system, the state has retained its original economic policies for the coal mines and introduced some new economic policies. Major progress has been made in promoting the reform of the state-owned coal mines, but the coal mills are still facing Many unsolved difficulties and problems. Therefore, China Coal Industry Association and the China Coal Economic Research Organization Task Force organized a survey on coal economic policies and formed the “Coal Economic Policy Research Report.” This paper extracts some of the chapters, published in two issues.
