为加强集团公司财务管理,必须重点关注目标控制、过程控制与监督考核。为加强过程控制,需将财务管理细分为绝对集权、相对集权和分权三种管理模式。汉江集团公司采用的是适当分权的集权管理。
In order to strengthen the financial management of the group company, we must focus on the target control, process control and supervision and assessment.
