传统的纤维分离工艺能耗大、纤维分离效果不佳、生产效率低。果胶酶具有专一性,把果胶酶应用于纤维分离是一种比较环保的绿色生产工艺。论文研究了不同果胶酶预处理条件对竹材纤维分离程度和纤维形态的影响。结果表明,果胶酶预处理可以提高竹材纤维分离的程度,提高1~3根纤维的比例和优化纤维形态。当果胶酶浓度为1.0%、处理时间为3h、预处理温度为50℃时,用果胶酶预处理的竹材经高浓度盘磨机分离后,纤维形态得到优化,1~3根纤维比例增加;当果胶酶浓度为5%、处理时间为60min、处理温度为50℃时,竹材的重量损失率最大,最大值为6.37%。
The traditional fiber separation process consumes a large amount of energy and has poor fiber separation efficiency and low production efficiency. Pectinase is specific, the pectinase used in fiber separation is a more environmentally friendly green production process. The paper studied the different pectinase pretreatment conditions on bamboo fiber separation and fiber morphology. The results showed that pectinase pretreatment can improve the degree of bamboo fiber separation, increase the proportion of 1 to 3 fibers and optimize the fiber morphology. When the pectinase concentration was 1.0%, the treatment time was 3h and the pretreatment temperature was 50 ℃, the bamboo fiber pretreated with pectinase was separated by high concentration disc mill and the morphology of the fiber was optimized.
