近两年来,我们采用中西医药物保守治疗前房积血10例,结果均治愈,现报告如下:1 临床资料 本组10例,10只眼,男7例,女3例。年龄18～65岁。病因:眼挫伤所致者7例,内眼手术后前房出血者3例,按oksala分类,出血程度Ⅰ级5例(出血量占前容积的1/3以下),Ⅱ级3例(出血量占前房容积1/3～1/2),Ⅲ级2例(出血量在前房容积1/2以上)。挫伤所致出血后就诊时间最短2天,最长1周。
