长久以来,在关于影响学习过程的各种因素的研究中,一个广为接受的理念认为教师在学生学习的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用.教师对学习过程的影响大致可以划分为学术方面和非学术方面,教师的学术水准对学习的影响是不言而喻的,而在非学术因素方面,师生关系则是一个最关键的因素.而师生关系本身较为复杂和抽象,因此本文以师生之间满意度为切入点,以此探索和讨论当前师生关系存在的问题,并尝试提出一些解决方法.
