针对国内已有汽车主锥总成拧紧自动化设备工作不可靠和效率低的现状,研制了一种新型全自动拧紧机。该机器在本体结构设计、力矩参数测量、对孔检测、控制系统设计等方面采用了一系列的新方法,实践证明完全满足工程的需要。
In view of the unreliable and inefficient status of the existing auto main cone assembly tightening automation equipment in our country, a new type of fully automatic tightening machine has been developed. The machine adopts a series of new methods in the aspects of body structure design, torque parameter measurement, hole detection and control system design. Practice has proved that it fully meets the needs of engineering.
