目的研究全氟萘烷长期存留在眼内是否会诱发神经视网膜细胞调亡。方法选择健康青紫兰兔行玻璃体切割,注入全氟萘烷存留不同的时间后再取出。兔眼行H-E染色及TUNEL标记,观察视网膜结构、细胞形态和TUNEL阳性细胞。结果14只注全氟萘烷的兔眼中有9只呈现TUNEL阳性细胞,4只对照眼中有3只有TUNEL阳性细胞,数量极少,缺乏规律性和部位上的特异性。结论全氟萘烷长期存留在眼内所形成的细胞损害现象可能不是通过诱发细胞调亡而形成的。
Objective To study whether perfluorodecalin can induce the retinal cell death in the eye for a long time. Methods Healthy Cymbidium rabbits were selected for vitrectomy, perfluorodecalin was injected into the vitreous body for different time and then removed. Rabbit eyes H-E staining and TUNEL labeling, retinal structure, cell morphology and TUNEL positive cells. Results TUNEL positive cells were observed in 14 eyes of 14 eyes injected with perfluorodecalin. TUNEL positive cells were observed in 3 eyes of 4 control eyes. The number of TUNEL positive cells was very small, lacking in regularity and location specificity. Conclusion Periflundene may be formed by long-term persistence in the eye and may not be induced by apoptosis.
