目的评价第一轮全球基金中国结核病控制项目在固镇县实施情况,为今后更好地控制结核病提供依据。方法按照安徽省卫生厅《安徽省第一轮全球基金结核病项目内评实施方案》要求,收集有关资料进行分析。结果DOTS覆盖率达到100%。2003年4月到2008年3月期间共发现新发涂阳病例1 197人,新涂阳病人发现任务指标完成率达109%。新涂阳病人2个月痰菌转阴率98.2%,新涂阳病人治愈率89%。综合医疗机构的转诊率97%,转诊到位率80.6%。结论项目促进了结核病防治规划的实施,保障了各项工作目标任务如期完成。
Objective To evaluate the implementation of the first round of Global Fund China TB Control Project in Guzhen County to provide the basis for better control of tuberculosis in the future. Methods According to the requirements of Anhui Provincial Department of Health “Implementation Plan of the First Round of Global Fund for Tuberculosis in Anhui Province”, the relevant data were collected for analysis. DOTS coverage reached 100%. Between April 2003 and March 2008, a total of 1,197 new cases of smear were found, and the newly smear-positive patients found that the completion rate of task indicators reached 109%. The new smear positive for 2 months sputum negative conversion rate of 98.2%, the new smear positive cure rate of 89%. The referral rate of integrated medical institutions was 97%, referral rate was 80.6%. Conclusion The project has promoted the implementation of TB prevention and treatment plan and ensured the completion of various tasks and tasks as scheduled.
