[目的]建立菊酯类微乳剂的正相色谱法分析,分别对氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂进行分析。[方法]采用无水硫酸钠为干燥剂,通过正相色谱法对样品进行分离和定量检测,外标法定量。[结果]氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯5次平行测定的标准偏差分别为±0.03、±0.05和±0.03,回收率分别为95.9%~102.0%、98.5%~101.0%、97.9%~102.2%。[结论]该方法操作简单,准确度和精密度高,能够满足菊酯类微乳剂农药产品有效成分的检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the normal phase chromatographic analysis of the permethrin microemulsion and analyze the microemulsion of cypermethrin, beta-cypermethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin, respectively. [Method] With anhydrous sodium sulfate as desiccant, the samples were separated and quantified by normal phase chromatography and quantified by external standard method. [Results] The standard deviations of 5 cycles of cypermethrin, beta-cypermethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin were ± 0.03, ± 0.05 and ± 0.03, respectively. The recoveries were 95.9% -102.0%, 98.5% -101.0% and 97.9% ~ 102.2%. [Conclusion] The method was simple in operation, high in accuracy and precision, and could meet the detection of active ingredients of pyrethroid microemulsion pesticide products.
