Quanzhou Licheng District is located in the southeast coast of Fujian Province and the center of Jinjiang Delta, which is the economic, cultural and transportation center of Quanzhou. The region now has 308,000 overseas Chinese, Chinese and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. It is one of the first batch of 24 historical and cultural cities announced by the State Council.
