稀土氢化物薄膜的可转换光学特性近年来才被发现,采用气态吸放氢或电化学充放电方法,可使稀土薄膜的光学特性产生可逆变换。本文介绍了稀土氢化物的晶体结构和热力学特性,对稀土氢化物薄膜的可转换光学特性及其研究进展进行了概述,并分析了稀土薄膜光学特性变化的原因。
In recent years, the switchable optical properties of rare earth hydride films have been found that the optical properties of rare earth films can be reversibly transformed by using gaseous hydrogen absorption and discharge or electrochemical charge-discharge methods. In this paper, the crystal structure and thermodynamic properties of rare earth hydride are described. The switchable optical properties of rare earth hydride films and their research progress are summarized. The reasons of the optical properties of rare earth films are also analyzed.
