[目的]观察活血化瘀方联合西医治疗糖尿病合并脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将61例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组33例西医治疗。治疗组28例活血化瘀方(黄芪30~60g,红花、水蛙、地龙、桃仁各10g,赤芍、川芎、归尾各12g,生地、麦冬、太子参各15g。上肢乏力麻木较严重加桂枝、桑枝、姜黄;下肢乏力较严重加杜仲、川牛膝、桑寄生、续断;言语不利加僵蚕、远志、营蒲;病程较久且肢体麻木较严重加乌鞘蛇、蜈蚣和全蝎),2剂/d,水煎500mL,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈9例,显效10例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.93%。对照组痊愈5例,显效12例,有效5例,无效6例,总有效率78.57%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血化瘀方联合西医治疗糖尿病合并脑梗塞效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Huayu Recipe combined with western medicine on diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. [Methods] Using randomized parallel method, 61 inpatients were divided into two groups according to random number table. Control group of 33 cases of Western medicine treatment. [Results] The treatment group recovered in 9 cases, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 7 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.93%. The control group recovered in 5 cases, markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in 5 cases, 6 cases, the total effective rate was 78.57%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Huoxue Huayu Recipe combined with western medicine has significant effect in treating diabetic patients complicated with cerebral infarction, and it is worth to be popularized.
