随着我国改革开放的不断深入,建筑行业得到了空前的发展。然而,全球持续的强度地震的发生给公工民建筑行业减震设计提出了更高的要求。从整体上来看,工民建筑的抗震强度设计不仅关系到人民的生民财产安全,而且对地区的经济发展起到了至关重要的作用。近年来,高层建筑不断增加,客观上对建筑物抗震设计带来了巨大压力,如何在保证建筑安全性的基础上,尽量降低投资成本成为了人们关注的重点。本文首先介绍了工民建结构抗震性设计方法,然后结合实际案例给出了提高抗震设计的有效方法,希望本文的工作能为从事相关工作的人员提供一定的指导和帮助。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the construction industry has enjoyed unprecedented development. However, the continuous occurrence of strong earthquakes in the world has put forward higher requirements for the shock absorption design of public construction industry. As a whole, the design of earthquake-resistant strength of workers and peasants is not only related to people’s property and property safety, but also plays an important role in the economic development of the region. In recent years, the continuous increase of high-rise buildings objectively exerts great pressure on the seismic design of buildings. How to minimize the investment cost on the basis of ensuring construction safety has become the focus of people’s attention. In this paper, firstly, the design method of earthquake-resistant structures for workers and civilians is introduced, and then an effective method to improve the seismic design is given according to the actual cases. We hope this paper can provide some guidance and help to the personnel engaged in relevant work.
