通过召开座谈会、典型企业走访、参与蔬菜产业发展论坛、毕业生和用人单位问卷调查以及对120农技服务解决问题归类分析等形式对设施农业技术专业人才需求情况进行调研分析。结果表明:设施农业技术专业毕业生就业情况较为乐观,“十二五”期间设施农业技术专业人才需求总数预计为4000人。就业方向主要是非公有制企业,初次就业岗位接近于产业终端。有60.3%的毕业生在技术推广和农产品生产企业就业,16.3%的毕业生在种苗生产企业就业。6.1%的毕业生在农产品采后处理企业就业。目前,用人单位对学生的专业知识、专业技能和职业素质都有较高的要求,而且希望学生能够具有一定的新产品开发知识、市场营销知识和营销技巧。
Through the convening of symposiums, visits of typical enterprises, participation in the vegetable industry development forum, questionnaires of graduates and employers, and the analysis of the classification and analysis of 120 agricultural technology service problems, the demand analysis of agricultural technology professionals in facilities was conducted. The results show that the employment of agricultural graduates in facilities is relatively optimistic, and the total demand of facility agricultural technologists in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period is estimated to be 4,000. Employment direction is mainly non-public enterprises, initial employment close to the industrial terminal. 60.3% of graduates are employed in technology promotion and agricultural product manufacturing enterprises and 16.3% of graduates are employed in seed production enterprises. 6.1% of graduates are employed in agricultural products post-harvesting and processing enterprises. At present, the employer has higher requirements for the students' professional knowledge, professional skills and professional qualities, and also hopes that the students can have certain new product development knowledge, marketing knowledge and marketing skills.
