本文运用价值曲线,通过与竞争对手比较分析,发现企业与竞争对手之间的差别,从而相应的制定出更加符合市场需求的竞争战略,帮助企业制定差异化的战略。
This article uses the value curve to find out the difference between the enterprise and the competitor through the comparative analysis with the competitors so as to formulate the competitive strategy which is more in line with the market demand and help the enterprise formulate the differentiated strategy.
