随着社会发展需要,新时代企业需要具有高度制度道德的职工,职工的工匠精神成为社会热门议题。怎样通过工匠精神的培养树立学生的职业素养,成为目前高职院校学生培养的新要求,任务紧迫。本文分析了高职学生职业素养培养的意义,探析工匠精神时代需要的背景下,高职院下学生职业素养培养的策略。
With the needs of social development, enterprises in the new era need employees with a high degree of institutional morals, and the craftsman spirit of employees becomes a hot topic in society. How to cultivate the professionalism of students through the training of artisanship has become a new requirement for the cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges. The task is urgent. This article analyzes the significance of cultivating professional accomplishments of vocational students and probes into the strategies of cultivating professional accomplishments of students under higher vocational colleges in the context of the need of artisan spirit.
