目的分析石材加工过程中职业病危害关键控制点以及防控措施,为石材加工行业的职业病危害防控提供依据。方法选用某石材加工厂作为研究对象,采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法,确定关键控制点以及分析防控措施。结果存在职业病危害因素超标情况的岗位为开料、粗加工、干磨、水磨和包装岗位,装配岗位无超标情况;采取防控措施前后,矽尘的浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),噪声、手传振动强度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论石材加工企业的职业病危害关键控制岗位为开料、粗加工、干磨、水磨、包装,防矽尘的防护措施有效,应加强关键控制岗位防噪声、防振动的防控措施。
Objective To analyze the key control points of occupational hazards in stone processing and their prevention and control measures, and provide the basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards in the stone processing industry. Methods A stone processing factory was chosen as the research object. The methods of occupational health investigation and detection of occupational hazards were used to determine the key control points and to analyze the prevention and control measures. Results There were occupational disease risk factors in excess of the situation for the opening of raw materials, roughing, dry grinding, water mill and packaging jobs, the assembly position is not exceeded; before and after taking prevention and control measures, the concentration of silica dust difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in noise and hand-transmitted vibration intensity (P> 0.05). Conclusion The key control posts for occupational hazards in stone processing enterprises are effective for the prevention and control of raw materials, roughing, dry grinding, water grinding, packaging and protection against silica dust. Prevention and control measures for anti-noise and anti-vibration of key control posts should be strengthened.
