目的探讨总结神经内科病人膀胱功能康复护理的措施及体会。方法回顾性分析本院神经内科以往对伴有膀胱功能障碍的患者采取的康复护理措施,归纳总结有效的护理措施及护理体会。结果与结论神经内科患者中,脑卒中患者常会并发膀胱功能障碍,对患者的健康和生活带来了不利影响。通过对患者采取有效的护理措施,加强对患者的功能康复训练指导,进行心理护理、健康宣教等,可以加快患者的康复进程,提升其生存质量和护理满意度,值得广泛应用。 Objective To discuss the measures and experience of neurological rehabilitation of patients with bladder function. Methods Retrospective analysis of the Department of Neurology in the past associated with bladder dysfunction in patients with rehabilitation nursing interventions, summed up the effective nursing care and nursing experience. Results and Conclusion Among neurological patients, stroke patients often have bladder dysfunction, which adversely affects their health and life. By taking effective nursing care measures to patients, strengthening the patient’s functional rehabilitation training guidance, psychological care, health education, etc., can speed up the patient’s rehabilitation process, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, it is widely used.
