This essay expounds the theoretical origin of the scientific development concept, the requirements of the times and the important role of the scientific development concept in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and draws the strategic position of the scientific development concept in the process of sinicization of Marxism: the scientific outlook on development is the localization of Marxism in China The scientific concept of development is the practical guide for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics; and the scientific concept of development is an inevitable requirement for the Chinese Communist Party members to advance their advanced nature.
