沿海岸线资源综合适宜性评价是协调岸线功能布局、提高岸线资源综合利用效益的重要基础,也是引导沿海地区海陆统筹发展的重要纽带。研究基于资源环境承载力与开发活动空间均衡的视角,考虑生产、生活和生态保护等多方面的功能要求,建立评价指标体系,以空间分析和三维匹配分析为支撑,探索沿海岸线资源综合适宜性评价的方法。实证分析表明:北仑、大榭岛、梅山岛、象山湾口门段和石浦港地区岸线建港条件优越、生态环境约束较小,适宜港口和工业开发;象山湾内部和象山县东南地区岸线景观资源丰富、环境优美,适宜旅游开发;象山湾底部、西沪湾西部及杭州湾大桥西部地区生态服务功能重要、环境容量较小,应当严格保护。通过引导岸线的功能分工与布局协调,可以促进案例区岸线有序和持续利用。
The comprehensive suitability assessment of coastal resources is an important basis for coordinating the layout of shoreline functions and improving the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of shoreline resources. It is also an important link that guides the coordinated development of both land and sea in the coastal areas. Based on the perspectives of resource and environment carrying capacity and the spatial equilibrium of development activities, the study considers various functional requirements such as production, living and ecological protection, establishes an evaluation index system, and uses spatial analysis and three-dimensional matching analysis as support to explore the comprehensive and suitable resources along the coastline Method of sexual evaluation. The empirical analysis shows that the Beilun, Daxie Island, Meishan Island, Xiangshan Bayou section and Shipu harbor shoreline construction conditions are superior, the ecological environment constraints are small, suitable for port and industrial development; the interior of Xiangshan Bay and the southeastern coastline of Xiangshan County Landscape rich in resources, beautiful environment, suitable for tourism development; Xiangshan Bay at the bottom of West Bay West and Hangzhou Bay Bridge west of ecological service function is important, the environmental capacity is small, should be strictly protected. By guiding the shoreline’s functional division of labor and layout coordination, it is possible to promote the orderly and sustainable utilization of the coastline of the case area.
