光纤激光器具有转换效率高、光束质量好、结构紧凑、维护方便等优点,在科学研究、工业加工、国防军事等领域具有广泛的应用前景。超荧光(放大的自发辐射,ASE)光源具有光谱覆盖范围宽、时间相干性低、温度稳定性好等特点,在光学层析成像(OCT)、高精度光纤陀螺传感、单光子产生等方面具有广泛应用。此外,超荧光与激光相比,还具有无弛豫振荡、无模式竞争、极高时域稳定性等突出特点。而基于掺杂光纤搭建高功率的超荧光光纤光源(SFS),有望成为新型高亮度光源的技术方案。
