目的:探究新型二氢卟吩类光敏剂(BCTC)介导的光动力疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT),对人类食道癌的生长抑制作用,为人类食道癌的诊断和治疗提供一种行之有效的方法。方法:(1)化合物BCTC溶于二甲基亚砜配制成10μM的溶液,用紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计测量BCTC的光谱特性;(2)DPBF和BCTC分别用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺配置成20μM和5μM的工作液,测量410 nm处的吸光
