目的 :探讨 CD5 4 在肝细胞癌 (HCC)组织中的表达及其在抗肿瘤免疫中的意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 (APA法 )技术 ,对 48例肝细胞癌组织的 CD5 4 、HL A- ABC的表达进行检测 ,并分析二者之间及 CD5 4 与血清转氨酶 (AL T和 AST)之间的相关性。结果 :77.1%(37/4 8)的 HCC组织表达 CD5 4 ;30 .0 %(12 /4 0 )的 HCC组织表达HL A- ABC。二者之间无显著相关性 (r=0 .2 88,P>0 .0 5 ) ;CD5 4 表达与 AL T(r=0 .0 15 ,P>0 .0 5 )和 AST(r=0 .10 6 ,P>0 .0 5 )间均无显著相关性。结论 :CD5 4 在 HCC组织中高度表达并不能引起有效抗肿瘤免疫应答和肝细胞免疫损伤 ,这可能与 HL A- ABC表达率较低有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CD5 4 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and its significance in anti-tumor immunity. Methods: The expressions of CD54 and HL-ABC in 48 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (APA) technique. The expressions of CD54 and serum transaminases (ALT and AST) The correlation between. Results: 77.1% (37/48) of HCC tissues expressed CD54 and 30.0% (12/40) of HCC tissues expressed HL-ABC. There was no significant correlation between the expression of CD54 and ALT (r = 0.15, P> 0.05) and AST (r = 0.228, P0.05) 0 .10 6, P> 0.05) were not significantly correlated. CONCLUSION: High expression of CD54 in HCC tissues can not induce effective anti-tumor immune response and hepatocellular immune damage, which may be related to the low expression of HL-ABC.
